The Lounge
The attractive lounge has French windows opening to the patio garden and is furnished with a leather 2-piece suite, coffee table and smart TV. With the smart tv you will able to log in to your own personal accounts for Netflix and Amazon prime TV or just use the available Freesat stations. On the stair case you will find a well stocked shelf of books to enjoy during those relaxing times after a busy day out.
The Kitchen
Fitted with Queen Ann range kitchen units and oak table with 4 chairs the white goods include fridge, deep freeze, and large capacity washer/dryer. A microwave oven, gas hob and electric fan assisted oven provide cooking alternatives.
The two bedrooms both have fitted bedroom suites with plenty of storage space. Each has two 3ft twin beds which are currently pushed together if desired you can separate them. Towels and bed linen are provided. There is also a smart TV in the blue room which will allow to log into Netflix/Amazon BBC I Player etc and a hair dryer.

The bathroom has lovely views over the tennis courts and the suite includes bath with electric power shower over, vanity unit with mirror, electric shaver point, toilet and electric fan.
The Patio Garden
Is fully enclosed and is a great sun trap and accessible from the lounge and kitchen. The patio set has glass topped table with 4 chairs and sun umbrella and a bench provides extra seating. This really is a wonderful spot to sit and enjoy your meals or maybe just relax with a drink
